Welcome to the M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (Design Engineering) Program!

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (Design Engineering) program at AISSMS College of Engineering, Pune. Our postgraduate program is designed to empower aspiring engineers with advanced knowledge, research capabilities, and practical expertise required to address complex engineering challenges in today’s technology-driven world. Built on the principles of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020), the curriculum emphasizes innovation, computational engineering, advanced design methodologies, simulation-driven product development, and industry-oriented learning.

At AISSMS COE, we believe that engineering education extends beyond the classroom. Through advanced laboratories, industry-standard software, research projects, industrial internships, and collaborations with industry and academia, our students develop the technical competence, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities needed to excel in research, product development, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and emerging engineering domains. The program also encourages innovation, publication of research, intellectual property creation, and lifelong learning, preparing graduates for successful careers in industry, higher education, and entrepreneurship.

I invite you to become a part of this vibrant learning community and take the next step toward a rewarding career in mechanical design engineering. Should you have any questions regarding admissions, curriculum, research opportunities, or career prospects, please feel free to contact me. I look forward to welcoming you to our M.Tech. family and supporting your journey toward academic excellence and professional success.
