Rules of Digimania:
- All Questions will be of MCQ type.
- The Questions shall be in the form of “Multiple Choice”, “True/false Statements” or “Fill in the blanks” etc.
- The decision of Judges will be final and will not be subjected to any change.
- The Participants shall not be allowed to use mobile phones or other electronic instrument.
- Total 3 Rounds will be there, 1) Elimination 2) Semifinal 3) Final
- Round 1 and Round 2 will be on the same day.
- Final Round will be there on 30/09/2021 at 12.00 noon.
- No Negative marking.
- Every Participant will get National Level Participants Certificate.
ELIMINATION ROUND 1
- Each candidate would be given a set of question paper online containing 25 MCQ type questions.
- Time limit 30 Minutes.
- The questions will be relatively simple.
- 1 Mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
- No negative marking.
- Top 60% and above (15 Marks and above) in the Elimination round will be selected for Semifinals.
- Immediately on the same day Semifinal Round will be there and again online.
SEMIFINAL ROUND: (Round: 2)
- Questions posed in this round will be tougher and more demanding.
- Each candidate would be given a set of question paper online containing 25 MCQ type questions.
- Time limit 30 Minutes
- 2 Mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
- No negative marking.
- Top 75% and above (37 Marks and above) in the Elimination round will be selected for Finals.
- If Score is not 75% and above in Semifinals, Then 0nly TOP 10 of Semifinalist will be selected for Finals.
- Final Round will be there on 30 September 2021 at 12.00 noon.
FINAL ROUND: (Round: 3)
- Final Round will be there on 30 September at 12.00 noon.
- Questions posed in this round will be tougher and more demanding.
- Each candidate would be given a set of question paper online containing 50 MCQ type questions.
- Time limit 60 Minutes
- 2 Mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
- No negative marking
- Winner and Runner will be selected from Final Round.
- If Marks highest marks Tie is observed, Then time required by candidate to complete the round will be observed and candidate who completes the final round with minimum time will be done for selection of Finalist/Winner.
- The decision of Judges will be final and binding on all participants.

Rules of Code Chronicles:
- Single candidate participation is allowed.
- Entry fee for each participant will me Rs. 50.
- After completing the registration candidates have to join Whatsapp group for further communication.
- Candidates are required to join 15 mins before the given time of the event.
- There will be total of 2 rounds. First round will be multiple choice questions and second round will be problem solving statements.
- First round will be conducted on Kahoot and second round will be conducted on Microsoft teams. Candidates are requested to get familiarized with the mentioned platform before the event.
- Round 1 will be of 1 hour and round 2 will be of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- For round 1 candidates can chose to solve quiz on either one of C or python language. For round 2, solution to the problem statement can be given in nay of the above-mentioned languages.
- For round 2 any compiler is allowed.
- Online webcam proctoring is mandatory to participate in round 2. The recorded video will be reviewed by management committee and results will be provided accordingly.
- Candidates who qualify for round 2 will have to join provided google classroom.
- Candidates will be given 5 minutes for uploading program and output on google classroom.
- Candidates have to show their final program and output by sharing their screen.
- Decisions made by result committee will be final.

Rules of the Ideathon:
- Each team should consist of up to 3 student members. (UG/PG)
- Team members can be from any discipline of any college.
- The team leader has to fill the registration form with the necessary details.
- The solution should be related to selected themes only.
- The solution should be self-identified and technology-oriented. In case of any plagiarism observed, the team will be disqualified
- Multiple solutions to a problem(s) can be submitted by a single team.
- Teams have to present their idea in the form of a poster presentation (single page) on the platform provided by the

Guidelines for Poster Submission:
- The team leader has to fill the submission form with all the necessary details.
- The poster must be submitted in PDF format only.
- Submit a plagiarism report in PDF format if possible.
- The poster may contain objectives, methodology, proposed solution, collected data to support your solution, conclusion, etc.
- Name your poster as per the following format: “Group Leader Name_Theme Title”
- Submit your poster before the given deadlines through the provided submission form only.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation:
- Each team will be given 5 mins to present their idea in form of poster.
- All participants must be present at the time of presentation on allotted time only.
- Anyone from a team can present their poster. In case of his/her absence, the other team member can present the topic by informing the organizing team in advance.
- Our technical moderators will share your poster on-screen while the presentation.
- Team members have to turn on the camera while presenting.
- The team members are answerable to the questions asked by Jury members.
- Check your internet/power connection properly before joining. Poor connectivity and power failure issues will not be entertained.
- No extra time will be allotted in case of a weak internet/power connection at the participant’s sides.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Evaluation criteria will include factors like Creativity, Usability, Technicality, Scalability, Business Value, Invention, Innovation, Multidisciplinary approach, Presentation Skills, Answers given to the Jury.
- The decision of Judges will be final and will not be subjected to any change.
- In the case of Tie, the team having the highest points for factor ‘Usability’ will be awarded by 1st prize.
Disqualification Criteria:
- In case of any plagiarism observed, the team will be disqualified.
- The team who submitted the wrong information & fees will be subjected to disqualification.
- Submission done through other than the given submission form will not be considered.
- Deadlines must be followed strictly. Breaching of deadlines will be subjected to disqualification.
