ME1 – ROBO RACE
Abstract
The roborace game is for all those who would want to set the stage on fire!!! Design and construct your robot and come on board for a live racing experience. The roborace competition challenges participating robots to beat opponents by reaching the finish line first with minimum time crossing all the hurdles, obstacles.
Rulebook
- Bot must fit inside a box of 30cm length, 30cm width and 40cm height at any point in time.
- Maximum weight should not be more than 3Kgs including battery, however a tolerance of 5% is acceptable in weight
- The robot can be autonomous or manually controlled using a Remote-control system
- The Robo Should be controlled by Wireless or Wired mechanism throughout the race.
- Same robot should be use by the teams in both rounds.
- The Robo should be powered by Electrical means only.
- The electric voltage anywhere in the machine should not be more than 24V 2A at any point in time for each robot.
- All students with valid identity card of their respective Educational Institutes are eligible to participate in the event

Registration Fees for per team is 75/-
Each team consist of maximum 3 members and minimum of 1 member
ME2 – CAD WAR
Abstract
World of designing is running more than the speed of light .Now it’s time to express your designing skills. Here “CAD WAR” is challenging your designing brilliance. Now the battle has begun to challenge your mind. If you are mad for cad so get armed up with all your design weapons and tricks in this war of designing.
Rulebook
ROUND 1:-
- A 2D SKETCH WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL PARTICIPANTS. PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO DRAW THE SKETCH IN GIVEN TIME.
- TIME LIMIT:- 15 MINS.
- PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIR SKETCH IN GIVEN TIME WILL BE SELECTED FOR ROUND 2.
ROUND 2:-
- IN THIS ROUND 2D MODEL WILL BE PROVIDED TO PARTICIPANTS AND PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO DRAW THE MODEL IN A GIVEN TIME.
- ALSO DRAW THE ORTHOGRAPHIC VIEWS OF THE MODEL.
- TIME LIMIT:- 30 MINS.
- PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIR SKETCH IN GIVEN TIME WILL BE SELECTED FOR ROUND 3.
ROUND 3:-
- IN THIS ROUND PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO DRAW 3D MODEL OF GIVEN SKETCH OR COMPONENT.
- TIME LIMIT:- 60 MINS.

ME3 – ESCAPE ROOM

Rulebook
- Each team should consist of 1 OR 2 players. Larger groups can be divided into smaller teams if needed.
- Listen carefully to the game master’s instructions at the beginning of the game. They will explain the rules, safety guidelines, and provide any necessary background story.
- You have a set amount of time, usually 20 minutes, to solve the puzzles and escape. Keep an eye on the countdown timer in the room.
- Effective communication within your team is crucial. Share your findings, observations, and ideas openly.
- If you’re stuck on a puzzle, you can request a clue from the game master. Clues are designed to nudge you in the right direction without giving away the solution.
- Work together to solve puzzles, riddles, and challenges. Some puzzles may require you to find hidden objects, decode messages, or manipulate objects in the room.
- Treat the escape room props and furniture with care. Avoid causing damage to any items in the room.
- Follow any safety guidelines provided by the game master. If you find an item that seems dangerous or unrelated to the game, leave it alone and inform the game master.
- Puzzles should be solved using logic and deduction, not force. Avoid breaking or forcefully opening anything in the room.
- If you encounter a technical issue or require assistance, feel free to ask for help by using any provided communication devices.
- Keep your cool and stay calm under pressure. Panic can hinder your ability to think clearly and solve puzzles effectively
- Final decision will be taken by GAME MASTER only.
- Remember, the primary goal is to have a good time and enjoy the experience with your team. Embrace the challenge and have fun working together to escape!
- The team which will complete the game in minimum time will be declared as winner.
