CH1 – War Of Titrants
Abstract
“War of Titrants”! In this electrifying event, knowledge and accuracy collide as participants form dynamic pairs toconquer two intense rounds. Round 1 tests your intellect with a 50-question MCQ quiz, challenging your grasp of chemistry fundamentals.
Here the top 12 students compete in a riveting titration challenge. Put your skills to the test as you solve intricate questions under the watchful eye of time, with accuracy as your ally. Every detail counts. Join us for a clash of intellects where the victors emerge not only as champions but as true Titrants!!!!
Rulebook
Each group can have a maximum of two participants.
The event consists of two rounds.
- • Round 1 – MCQ Quiz: Participants will face a quiz with 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering titration concepts.
- • Round 2 – Titration Challenge: Top 12 students from Round 1 will progress. In this round, participantswill be given a titration problem to solve accuratelyand within a specified time. Readings’ precision andspeed will be crucial.
- Titration Accuracy: Accuracy is essential. A maximum 2% error in results can be negotiated.
- Top Scorers: The top 12 scorers from the MCQ quiz will advance to the second round.
- Scoring: Scores will be calculated based on quiz performance and titration accuracy. Participants with the highest cumulative scores will be recognized.
- Tie-Breaking: In case of a tie, accuracy and speed in the titration round will be used to break it.
- Judges’ Decisions: Judges’ decisions regarding scores, advancements, and winners are final.

Get ready to dive into a pool of innovation, ambition, and creativity as aspiringentrepreneurs pitch their groundbreaking ideas to a panel of savvy investors, the “sharks.” In this high-stakes arena, contestants have just minutes to convince the sharks that their products or services are the next big thing.

Rulebook
Round 1: Submission and Presentation
Participants are invited to submit their innovative business ideas via a Google Form abstract. Shortlisted candidates will proceed to the next stage, where they must prepare a presentation outlining their idea in a specified format. The presentation will be presented to a panel of judges. While not mandatory, participants have the option to include a working model of their idea to enhance their pitch.
Round 2: Pitching to the Sharks
- Finalists will have the opportunity to pitch their refined ideas to a panel of experienced investors, known as the “sharks.”
- Each finalist will present their concept, business plan, andpotential market impact. The sharks will evaluate the presentations based on innovation, viability, scalability, and profitability.
- Successful finalists who manage to secure theinterest and investment of the sharks will be declared thewinners and runners-up of the event.
