CM1 – Battleground Arena

Abstract

Battle of supremacy, are you ready??!!

BGMI fans now AISSMS COE is soon starting its BGMI tournament “Battlefield Arena”. Join the battle conquer the battleground  

WE are featuring price pool of Rs 5000 

So drop it, gear up , take ‘em down. 

Rulebook

  1. Each team should have 4 members at all times during the competition
  2. Each team must have designated captain who will be their point of contact with tournament officials 
  3. The in-game characters of all players must remain fully clothed in the fame after they leave the lobby
  4. Players are allowed to participate using only handheld mobile phones 
  5. No player should use an Emulator like blue stacks to play on PC or any other devices that is not an android smartphone 
  6. Teams cannot change their players 
  7. If caught or suspected cheating then his team will be eliminated unless they provide hard evidence (video recording)
  8. From a team there should be at least 2 POV videos 
  9. Winners will be decided according to point table 
  10. Total point =rank point + kill point (1 kill = 1 point)

Discover the ‘Quest for the Mythic Treasue (Lakshyabhed),’ an event by Department of Computer Engineering at AISSMS COE that blends the allure of the Mahabharata with the mysteries of our college. Assemble with your friends, embody iconic characters, and decipher clues that bridge eras. Conquer challenges mirroring the epic’s trials, each step guiding you closer to the ultimate prize.

Forge connections between our institution and the epic narrative, fostering camaraderie among participants. Immerse in an experience that intertwines past and present, crafting enduring memories. Join us on this unforgettable journey that resonates through time.

 

Rulebook

Basic Rules throughout the event:

  1. Four rounds will be conducted during the event.
  2. There will be a total of 5 members per team.
  3. No one other than the team members can stay with the team during the rounds.
  4. All the members of the team must be together throughout the event.They cannot run to find the clue individually.

 

 

Dyutkrida

(Mini-Treasure Hunt)

  • Each team will be given technical clues of locations which will lead them to the  further clue’s locations.
  • In this way each team has to solve 5 clues and get to accurate locations to get their further locations
  • First 15 teams to reach the correct final location will qualify for the next phase.
Virat Yudh:

  1. Each team has to perform 5 given tasks which has a motive of message transfer which will test team work.
  2. Fastest 7 will be qualified for the next round.
Maya Mahal:

  1. 7 teams will get illusional and more difficult clues which lead to further similar clues.
  2. Similarly each team has to solve 4 clues.
  3. First 3 teams to solve all the clues will qualify for finals. 
Kurukshetra Yudh(FINAL):

  1. 3 teams will have to perform 3 tasks to get a clue.
  2. Last team to solve the clue will get eliminated.
  3. Finally the first team to solve final clue and reach the appropriate location will be the winner.

Presenting the Virtual Reality Game Fest! Dive into an electrifying realm of virtual reality gaming like never before. Join us for a two-day extravaganza packed with thrilling VR game tournaments. Test your skills in various immersive worlds and experience the latest VR gaming hardware firsthand. 

In addition to the gaming tournament, VirtualScape will offer interactive gaming experiences that push the boundaries of reality. Attendees can engage in cooperative multiplayer games, encouraging teamwork and camaraderie among players as they embark on thrilling quests together. 

Whether you’re a hardcore gamer or just curious about VR gaming, this event guarantees an unforgettable adventure into the next level of gaming entertainment. So, put on your VR headset, fasten your seatbelts, and embark on an exciting journey into the captivating world of virtual reality! Get ready to level up your gaming experience and embark on this immersive journey to seize the opportunity to redefine the future of gaming and technology, all within the exciting confines of AISSMS COE!

Rulebook

Virtual reality (VR) is a simulated experience that employs pose tracking and  3d near-eye displays to give the user an immersive feel of a virtual world.

The Event will be held in several stages. Teams will be eliminated in each stage according their points and rankings and the best team to top the leaderboard wins.

Navigating the interface :

  • You’ll see a virtual environment when you put on the headset. Use the controllers to navigate it.
  • There are 2 controllers and the respective buttons which helps for various interactions.

Interacting in VR :

  • The controllers act as your hands in the virtual world.
  • Use trigger to interact with objects. For example , in shooting trigger is often is used for firing.
  • The grip button is used for different actions depending on game. In some games , they might be used to grab and hold objects.

 

Controls :

Right Controller :

  • Thumbstick (Joystick): Used for movement in games that support it. Push the thumbstick up, down, left, or right for directional input.
  •  A Button: Primary interaction button. Press to select or interact with objects.
  • B Button: Secondary interaction button. Often used for additional interactions or as a back button.
  • Trigger (Index Finger): Used for grabbing, shooting, or interacting based on the game. Squeezing the trigger initiates actions.
  • Grip Button (Side Squeeze): Used for grabbing and holding objects in a more natural way. Squeezing the grip button allows you to hold items.
  • Menu Button: Opens the in-game menu or options

 

Left Controller :

  • Grabbing: Use the grip buttons to pick up and hold objects.
  • Pointing: Use the index finger to point at objects.
  • Throwing: Release the grip buttons or trigger to throw objects.
  • Shooting: In shooting games, use the triggers to shoot.
  • Teleportation: In some games, use the thumbstick to move or teleport around the environment.
  • Climbing: Some games allow you to grip onto surfaces and climb.
