Our AISSMS College of Engineering have been accredited with “A+” Grade by National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NACC) During NACC peer committee visit we have shown our college library under best practice. Through this blog post we want to highlight services and best practices of AISSMS COE Library.

Library Collection –
Printed books is important part of Library resources. We have 33900 Printed books and 19000 E books. Library is automated with Library Information and Management system (SLIM) software having version 21. Moreover, library collection can be browsed / searched on Internet / intranet using SLIM21 OPAC module. SLIM21 supports flexible workflow to cover activities related to acquisition of books, serials control, and funds monitoring.Book can be renewed through SLIM 21 Software web OPAC link is provided on college website under facilities page http://aissmscoe.com/facilities/digital-library/

Library is also subscribing E journals which are known as electronic serials, which are scholarly journals or intellectual magazines that can be accessed via electronic transmission. These are very useful for student for conducting research or scholarly projects . Students can now easily access credible information from online academic journal databases, through a computer, tablet or Smartphone and an internet connection.
