VLSI Department

I welcome you all in the department of B.Tech  (Electronics) – VLSI Design and Technology program, established in the year 2023 having  an intake 60. This specialized program is a significant step forward in aligning with the Government of India’s vision of building an independent semiconductor ecosystem under initiatives like “Make in India” and the “Semicon India Program.”

The department is dedicated to nurturing skilled professionals in the areas of semiconductor design, verification, fabrication, embedded systems, and hardware-software co-design. With the increasing global demand for chip designers, EDA engineers, and VLSI professionals, this program offers students a golden opportunity to contribute to one of the most dynamic and high-impact sectors in engineering.
